Craftsy Sale

Hello! Just popping in quickly today to let you know that Craftsy are having their huge summer sale. All their classes are 50% off for another couple of days.

I have purchased several classes - my favourites so far have been Free Motion Quilting a Sampler, which taught me free motion quilting and Quilt As You Go - Patchwork Bags which taught me how to use the quilt as you go technique, which I use all the time for bags and zip pouches, like this one:

So if you are keen to up skill your sewing or learn something particular, I'll bet Craftsy have a class for what you are interested in. Not limited to sewing either - they have cooking, cake decorating, knitting, jewellery making and heaps more.

I've also taken several of their free classes, which are well worth checking out.

Their pattern library is handy as well - indie designers can upload their free or paid patterns and you can browse to find a design you like. I bought the strawberry paper piecing pattern through Craftsy that I used to make this strawberry.

Even if you don't want to buy a class I recommend you pop over and sign up anyway - they send you newsletters with info about all their specials and sales. They have sales regularly - you should never need to pay full price for a class! The classes also make fabulous gifts for creative friends.

Disclosure - I am a member of the Craftsy affiliate program. If you purchase something from Craftsy through one of my links, I may earn a small commission. It all helps to allow me to cover the costs of running Sew Delicious. I don't recommend products or services that I don't use myself. Thanks for supporting my blog!

Have you done any Craftsy classes? Which ones do you recommend?

  1. Thanks you inspired me to purchase my first craftsy classes. I'm excited!!! I chose the same patchwork bag as you and one by Camille Roskelley whom I adore and had the thrill of meeting a few months ago when i took her class in person! Love your blog :)
