Today is the first day of school holidays here in Melbourne. This is all new territory for me - eldest child, first year of school, first term break.
I thought that the best way to get through these holidays was have a few ideas up my sleeve. And over the next two weeks, I'm going to share them all with you too. It may not be school holidays in your part of the world, but you might see something you like and and you can bookmark or pin it for later!
There are some criteria for these activities - everything has to be easy, cheap and available at home.
I am going to be posting every week day for the next two weeks - yep everyday, 10 posts in all. Hopefully you will find something fun to do with your kiddos in amongst it all!
Now don't get me wrong, I'm no supermum - my kids get plenty of screen time. These will not be super fancy, pinnable, beautiful and fashionable activities. This will just be everyday stuff, but sometimes it's handy to have a few ideas to fall back on.
As the next couple of weeks go on I will link them up here:
Kids Meal Planning
Chalk Race Track
Biscuit (cookie) Decorating
Paper Plate Hats
Outdoor Fabric Art
Wine Cork Bunnies
Click through these links and find a bunch of simple ideas that are great activities for kids of all ages! Hope you find something that your children will love doing!
